Acted as primary point of contact for ERP software provider Ellucian (formerly SCT/SunGard) to provide upper level support for college personnel and students (Ellucian PowerCAMPUS/Self-Service). Trained ERP users and power users on proper procedures for managing records to correct and preclude future inaccuracies.
